Bio:

Deborah L. Petersen received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University, BSBA in 1981.  She graduated from Creighton School of Law in 1984.  Deborah enjoys participating in various roles in the Council Bluffs community.  She is currently actively involved in the Alzheimer’s Association Advisory Board, Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce and Network Council Bluffs. She is an active member of the Iowa State Bar Association, serving on the Real Estate Section Council, the Title Standards Committee and is the Chair of the Scope & Correlation Committee.  She also serves on the Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Grievance Commission.  Her past service includes ISBA Ways & Means Chair and Real Estate Section Council Chair.  She frequently presents at various seminars and volunteers throughout the Southwest Iowa community.

Serves as Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Iowa

Bio:

Jeremy B. Hahn received his bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from the University of Iowa in 2013 and earned his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Jeremy gained experience representing clients in corporate, trusts and estates, tax, mortgage foreclosure, personal injury, and debt defense cases while working as a certified legal associate at Olsen Campbell, Ltd in Merrillville, Indiana. He was also a court approved law school representative in the Valparaiso University School of Law Tax Clinic.
